Lately, I'm so lazy that I prefer writing in Polish on my second blog to translating recipes for "sweet baking time" but this one is so easy that even my brain on mode "holiday" can do it! This is a really refreshing dessert, only 5 ingredients and no baking! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensated milk
200 g white chocolate
80g butter
200 g biscuits
2 limes
Grind the biscuits in order to get biscuit crumbs. Melt the butter and stir in the crumbs. You should get the texture of wet sand. Press the crumbs into an even layer in the pan. Put the pan to the fridge for 30 minutes.
Grate the zests of two limes and then squeeze the juice.
Melt the chocolate in a pan with the condensated milk.
Add the lime juice and lime zest and stir.
Spread the fudge on the top of the biscuit crust. Refrigarate the fudge for about 2-3 hours.
Bon appétit!
