No-bake cheescake

Hi, I'm in Danemark now and I've already forgotten what "hot" means but last week in Bordeaux the temperature in our appartement was so high that I really didn't want to turn on the oven. I mixed some recipes I've found on the web and the result is really delicious (but with a few changes it could be even better! :)).

Ingredients:
200 g cornflakes
120 g melted butter (I used like 80g and it was definetely not enough!)
200 g white chocolate
250 g mascarpone
300 g philadelphia-like cheese (I used a French cheese "St Moret")
50 g sugar
5 g agar-agar
vanilla extract

Make cornflake crumbs and mix it with the melted butter.

Scatter the crumbs in the bottom of your pan, and press them into an even layer. Put to the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Melt white chocolate with three spoons of milk.

In a bowl, mix mascarpone, philadelphia cheese and melted chocolate.

Add sugar and vanilla extract. Mix.

Prepare agar-agar in a minimal amount of hot water. Add to the batter and stir quickly.

Spread into pan. Freeze for a few hours.

Have a nice day!

Peach clafoutis

I've finally finished my exams and now I have time to make cakes! I made this recipe two weeks ago when I desperatly needed something sweet. I thought about a crumble but then my eyes laid on this:

And I had all the ingredients in my fridge! It couldn't be a coincidence!
Feel free to use whatever fruits you want.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
150 g sugar
1 package vanilla sugar
250 ml milk
200 ml sour cream
75 g potato starch
400 g peaches
salt

Preheat the oven to 210°C.

Peel and cut the peaches.

Mix starch, sugar, vanilla sugar (I added a vanilla extract instead of vanilla sugar) and a pinch of salt.

Add eggs and stir.

Add sour cream and milk and stir.

Grease the mold and put the cut peaches in it.

Pour the batter into the mold. Bake for 35-40 minutes till slightly brownish.

Ta-da!

Enjoy!
