I’m not sure if they should be called cookies with chocolate
chips or chocolate chips with cookie dough. They don’t look extraordinarily but
they are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G, they taste like mini-brownies. It’s hard to eat only
one so if you don’t want to eat them all, share with friends! (I surely did!)

Ingredients:
100g white chocolate
150g dark chocolate
100g milk chocolate
125g butter
120g sugar
1 egg
40 g dark cocoa
170g flour
½ sp baking soda
½ sp baking powder
Chop chocolate into small chunks.
Melt
the butter, let it cool down, add an egg and mix.
Preheat
your oven to 180oC. Mix
baking powder and soda with flour and sugar, add the cocoa.
Combine
with the melted butter-egg-sugar mix.
The
dough will be rather compact. Incorporate chopped chocolate. It won’t be easy;
you can do it with your hand. Be sure that every single piece of chocolate is
in the dough.
Take
a bit of the dough and make a little ball. Try not to put the balls too close
to each other, otherwise you will get a huge cookie! J
Bake the cookies for about 10-15 minutes. If
you can, let them cool down a bit before putting on a plate. I had to take them
carefully with a spatula because I have only one baking sheet and I didn’t want
to wait before doing another portion of the cookies.
Enjoy!
